Bhikkhu Kheminda thought of this event to help his Abhidhamma students better understand what they have learned so as to say to put their theoretical learning into practical experiences.   As Abhidhamma was the meditative experience of The Buddha, it is only through this method that a dhamma practitioner can truly understand ultimate reality of Anicca, Dukkha and Anatta (Impermanence Suffering and Non Self).
This once-a-month session is also the enhancement of the weekly Friday sessions.

  9.45 to 10.30 am                     Walking Meditation

  10.30 to 11.30 am                   Sitting Meditation

  11.30 to 12.30 pm                   Lunch

  12.30 to 1.30 pm                    Walking Meditation

  1.30 to 2.30 pm                      Sitting Meditation

  2.30 to 3.30 pm                      Walking Meditation

  3.30 to 4.00 pm                      Tea Break

  4.00 to 5.00 pm                      Sitting Meditation

  5.00 to 6.00 pm                      Dhamma Talk by Bhikkhu Kheminda

  6.00 pm                               End of the Retreat
